This piece is inspired by the “double-V” sweatshirts from the 1940s and 1950s, featuring V-shaped gussets at the front and back of the collar. Originally designed for practical purposes—such as preventing sweat from running down the face and aiding flexibility—these details are now cherished in the vintage market as iconic elements of classic sweatshirts.
Its defining features include traces of repairs made to address tears and wear over time, as well as the “U.S. ARMY” lettering reminiscent of military training wear.
